Houghton Launches Bio-stable Houghto-Draw 7060 Drawing and Stamping Fluid
Today’s modern stamping and drawing companies require a single lubricant capable of working in many applications on a wide variety of metals. Houghton International fulfills this need with its new Houghto-Draw®7060, an environmentally friendly drawing and stamping fluid that is well-suited for use with high and low carbon steel, alloy steels, stainless steel, titanium and iconel.
Houghto-Draw 7060 is a heavy duty metalworking fluid that produces low foam and is compatible with hard water operations. It is suitable for light to heavy duty operations and can replace the use of multiple products to eliminate cross-contamination. Houghto-Draw 7060 offers excellent corrosion protection without staining for in-process protection of machinery and parts. Additionally, it provides exceptional stamping and forming capabilities that increase tool life and improve surface finishing.
Houghto-Draw 7060’s bio-stable metalworking fluid technology helps machine operators assure long, odor-free sump life with less frequent cleaning and maintenance. This results in reduced disposal costs and downtime.
