Houghton Brazil Honored with Ford Q1 Award
HOUGHTON HONORED WITH FORD Q1 AWARD BY FORD MOTORS IN BRAZIL
Houghton International has received the prestigious Ford Q1 Award, Ford Motor Company’s highest recognition of supplier quality. This award recognizes Houghton’s excellence in customer satisfaction in accordance with Ford’s worldwide quality standards.
Since 2004, Houghton’s FLUIDCARE Division has provided chemicals and fluids management services for Ford Motor Co. Brasil Ltda. In order to qualify for the award, Houghton underwent a rigorous evaluation of automotive quality criteria, as well as other factors, including communication, teamwork and management review.
