HOUGHTON INTERNATIONAL INC. ACQUIRES D.A. STUART
PHILADELPHIA (September 9, 2008) – Houghton International Inc., a global manufacturer and supplier of industrial fluids and chemical management services, has announced that its acquisition of D.A. Stuart has been completed.
Houghton and D.A. Stuart are recognized as two of the leading independent specialty fluid manufacturers in the global metalworking fluids marketplace.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
